When you connect your Instagram Business or Creator account, we collect and store:
- Instagram Business Account ID
- Facebook Page ID and Page access token
- Instagram profile information (username, profile picture)
- Instagram media and posts metadata
- Comments on your Instagram posts
- Instagram Direct Messages (solely to automate replies on your behalf)
Sensitive Information. We do not process sensitive information.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
- To connect and authenticate your Facebook and Instagram accounts
- To automate comment replies and direct messages on your Instagram account as configured by you
- To display your Instagram posts, comments, and account data inside our dashboard
- To facilitate account creation and manage your account

- To send administrative communications about your account

3. META PLATFORM DATA — SPECIAL DISCLOSURE
many.new integrates with the Meta Graph API to access your Instagram and Facebook data. Specifically:
- We access your data using permissions granted by you during the Facebook Login for Business flow
- We use instagram_basic to read your profile and media
- We use instagram_manage_comments to read and reply to comments on your posts
- We use instagram_manage_messages to send automated direct messages triggered by comment keywords you configure
- We use pages_show_list and pages_read_engagement to identify and connect your Facebook Pages
We do not sell Meta platform data. We do not use Meta platform data for advertising or any purpose outside of providing the automation service you have configured. We store access tokens securely and use them solely to perform actions on your behalf.
We comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. You may revoke our access at any time via your Facebook account settings at facebook.com/settings.
4. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
- We do not sell your data.
- Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third-party providers who assist in operating our platform, under strict confidentiality obligations.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your data if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion or access revocation, we delete your stored access tokens and associated Instagram/Facebook data within 30 days.

We implement industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your data, including encrypted storage of access tokens and HTTPS-only data transmission. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time
