These Terms of Service govern your use of many.new, an Instagram automation platform operated by SemvG, Kleine Noord 51b, 1621 JE Hoorn, The Netherlands.

By accessing or using many.new, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

many.new is a SaaS platform that allows Instagram Business and Creator account holders to automate comment replies and direct messages via the Meta Graph API. Users configure keyword triggers on their posts; when a follower comments with a matching keyword, the platform automatically sends a direct message on the user's behalf.

2. ELIGIBILITY

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must own or have administrative access to the Instagram Business or Creator account you connect
• You must have a valid Facebook Business Portfolio linked to your Instagram account

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

You must register an account to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@many.new if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. META PLATFORM COMPLIANCE

By using many.new, you agree to comply with:

• Meta's Terms of Service (facebook.com/terms)
• Meta's Platform Terms (developers.facebook.com/terms)
• Instagram's Community Guidelines

You are solely responsible for the content of any automated messages sent through your Instagram account via our platform. We reserve the right to suspend your account if we detect usage that violates Meta's policies.

5. AUTHORIZED USE OF YOUR INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT

By connecting your Instagram account, you explicitly authorize many.new to:

• Read your Instagram profile and media
• Read comments on your posts
• Post public replies to comments on your behalf
• Send direct messages to users who comment on your posts, as configured by you

You may revoke this authorization at any time via Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, or by disconnecting your account from our dashboard.

6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

• Sending spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading content
• Violating Meta's Platform Policies or Instagram's Community Guidelines
• Using the platform to harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempting to circumvent Instagram's rate limits or security measures
• Accessing other users' accounts without authorization
• Using the service for any unlawful purpose

7. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENT

Access to many.new requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All sales are final. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to update pricing with reasonable advance notice.

8. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or Meta's policies. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting info@many.new.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service, as availability may be affected by Meta API changes or maintenance.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

SemvG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of many.new, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or account suspension by Meta.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hoorn, The Netherlands.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
